No. White people only look good when tan or pale, actually dark skinned whites would look unattractive and thus have a harder time reproducing so dark skin would likely not take hold for millions of years if it ever did, which it won't because in less than a few hundred the vast majority of people will be trying to genetically engineer their children to be light skinned, if not entirely white.

A common misconception.
Evolution is not a magical force that improves or adapts a race to an environment. People would need to be affected by that environment, they would need to miss breeding opportunities. And any effect would have to be greater than the preference for whiter skin*.

* This in innate and spans cultures as human beings equate paleness (even black Africans) with being powerful enough to rest in he shade all day long.

In the past, fair people could be weakened by sunburn in tropical climates enough to die, while dark people could be similarly weakened by vitamin D deficiency in cold ones. Now those aren't realistic dangers.

Right now, circumstances are selecting for people who take the most advantage of abundance to maximize their reproduction: people who just fuck no matter what, who dislike or can't understand contraception, men who go around getting one woman after another pregnant and paying no attention to their children, women who have their first pregnancy as soon as they're physically capable and get pregnant again as soon as they're recovered from the last birth, people who sexually mature at a younger age, etc.

Dark skin makes it difficult for the body to make enough vitamin D in parts of the world with less direct sunlight. This usually leads to more a less healthy body which makes its less likely you'll find a mate.
Light skin burns in with too much UV exposure. The closer to the equator you are the more UV exposure you get.

The sun doesn't make genes tend towards darker skin. Mutations are essentially random.
This means that your descendants must never interbreed with shitskins, and must sterilize or kill any children of theirs who suffer from a mutation that darkens their skin colour.
