Depends on the contract you make with them when they come to work for you. If they sign a contract that states "you may be fired at any time for any reason" then absolutely not, they have agreed to a contract with those stipulations. Now on the other hand if your contract says "Here are rules you can't break or you'll be fired, but you won't be fired for being ugly" then your boss would be breaching his own contract by firing that employee and the employee would have the right to seek compensation or retribution (In proper proportion to the damage caused to him).
