yes. Ideally get a reverse osmosis system, but those are expensive- if on a budget get a cheap $50-100 filter that removes at least fluoride and chlorine. We get way too much fluoride in the modern lifestyle, it's in the water, toothpastes, meats, etc. best to filter it out. it doesn't do shit for tooth decay- some countries in Europe have actually seen rates of tooth decay go down after eliminating it. There's no known way to eliminate all the xenoestrogens but a reverse osmosis filter will help

There is one that lives off only by neetbux. Why should they get free filtered water.?

I've been reading into this a lot, and the situation is pretty bleak. Buying a filter will help, but it will not filter out all of the toxins in the tap water.

Then, the obvious solution comes; buy water in plastic bottles. Well water from plastic bottles contains xenestrogens such as Z-4 that are incredibly bad for your body.

I've thought about this, though. What if you drink water from glass bottles only. It would be astronomically expensive, but you should be free of all the toxins.

Thoughts?

youre going to need to look into whats in your own local water, just go on your city's website and look at what they put in there, then assume there might be some industrial runoff too if you live near factories or even by farms (pesticide runoff)


but for the most part most water in a non shit country will be ok to drink, won't kill you but for optimum health you might want to buy mineral water, buy a simple filter for your shower/faucet, etc. mineral water is nice


water quality is something you deal with after you've dealt with your diet/lifestyle. for example, if you're eating processed junk food, thats almost certainly worse for your health than having some flouride or chloramine in your water. dial in your diet, sleep, sun exposure, exercise, then fix your water. if you're healthy overall you'll be able to buffer/detox poisons that come in from your water anyway.

really good writeup looking at the issue of male infertility and water quality. tl/dr diet and lifestyle tends to have a bigger effect than water quality. but yeah id say if you have water thats straight up poison move away or get a top notch filter. i get the feeling that if your water was really bad you'd know it though. itd pretty obvious, like feeling sick after drinking it or feeling strange symptoms after a shower.

It's just is not as clear as other waters I have seen before in other countries. I see little clear colored things inside.. Maybe minerals. Also I know that lots of the piping in the ground is ceramic. It is a 100-200 year old city.
