I have spoken to other editors, other magazine folk. If you show ANY kind of bias for conservative values, or against any kind of degeneracy, you will be boycotted and people will try to destroy you.

The buyers at publishing companies want to release stuff that will sell in big cities. Big cities are full of the type of people that hate traditional values, indigenous European culture, and nuclear families. What do you expect?

Gene Wolfe is a fantasy writer. Devout Catholic. Uses a lot of Catholic symbolism and euro mythology in his world building and characterization. I've never noticed any intrusion of pc bullshit into his work. New Sun series, Long Sun series, Short Sun series, all excellent.
