Just getting the percentage of female infantry above 8 percent in the next 15 years is going to be like pulling teeth. They can only enforce these gender quotas on the POG positions. The fact that they are not taking in men right now for infantry is because they simply don't have any spots open right now. Australia has a very small active Army. They can pass stupid choco and POG bitches through Kapooka but very few women have successfully completed infantry school at Singleton. If you can't get in right now, perhaps consider Army Reserves and apply for transfer later on?

Of course, they SHOULD realise after a while that with the current enlistment ratios that this idea is gonna fall flat within a few years, and I DO have yet to reach enlistment age, so i might get lucky and have them abandon the idea since it didn't work and only gave them fat retards and reduced the recruitment rate by 4/5ths.

I reckon this will blow over in several months. Be patient, keep up your PT and apply back later. I unfortunately have a lot of fat I need to burn off before I can apply for the roles I want so I am happy waiting it out for another 9 months.
