I can only say that his definitions are idiotic. I believe transgenderism is a mental disorder but when he simply states that medical fact or in his words "reality" disagrees, not to sound nihilistic, but that's an extremely shortsighted way of arguing.

Because medical fact changes, we do know that gays and penis envy, vag envy, has always existed. Taking that to an extreme probably results in wanting to be a 7 year old girl. Sexual perversion and mental inadequacies are what he should argue, not claiming an 100 year old understanding of dna to be the defining characteristics of gender.

His better argument is when he calls up his grand fathers mental illness. He compares placating mental illness to placating gender dysphoria.

He's still smart and his commentary is usually good, but you can find things to disagree with him.

For example this week he has commented on Trump press conference after the charlottesville and he just said essentially that trump equated opposition to white supremacy with white supremacy itself, which is bullshit because he didnt, but Ben never presented any real reason on why he thinks that.

He also was quick to say that the rally was only about white supremacy and that there were no good people there (and so trump was wrong when he said there were good people on both sides) but he never presented any evidence on why he thinks there were only white supremacists there.
