You have to understand, I live in North Carolina and what stands out about this video is that Durham has a shitload of black people living in it. The Raleigh-Durham Combined Statistical Area has the 17th largest Black population in the United States when compared to all Metropolitan Statistical Areas. 1 in 4 people in Durham are black.

And yet here we have a video showing all of the people celebrating the toppling of a Confederate statue are white southerners. What the fuck is going on?

I'm not a fan of people destroying statues, but doing that doesn't make you a traitor to your race. It's possible to be white and still stand against anything to do with the confederacy.
