Go to your GP or emergency department immediately, tell them you were potentially jabbed with a HIV/Hep needle.

For HIV, provided you get treatment within the first 72 hours (ideally ASAP, literally every hour counts) they will test you, and if necessary give you a PEP, or Post Exposure Prophylaxis which you take for the next month or so.
