I had the 1st ever copy of "The Ring" done in the one go, think it was Deutche Gramaphon, a mighty boxed set of LPs in a big box with golden oak leaves on it, had to give it away when we moved to a smaller house but I also aqcuitred a box set of CDs from Superdrug of the entire "Ring" cycle for £5.
I'm more into Erik Satie & Philip Glass these days, I don't listen to rap or modern pop music

I never been on a classical music concert, but i enjoy listening to it. I even recorded a classical music CD for my car.

Live music is ten times as good as recorded. Not to mention you can socialise with people. Usually only relevant people go to the opera/ballet/concerts regularly. Not to mention that society is extremely important for countries. The loneliness plague that has been since around the 2000s is the result of thinking like yours.

Wagner was so innovative that extended range instruments were created just for his music (like having the 7string or the baritone guitar designed all just for you). There is a unique quality to the brass sounds due to this. I can take or leave his anti-semticism and I'm not a nazi at all.
That being said, "Seigfrieds Funeral" is my favourite piece of Wagnerian music, and Adolf Hitler thought likewise.
