So now that Western countries are becoming so diversified, when can we expect Eastern countries to follow suit?

Personally I find the lack of queer, colored or non-asian people in South Korea and Japan's governments and institutions to be disgusting and incredibly xenophobic. It's time we brought these countries into the 21st century and let them know that this disgusting behavior is no longer acceptable.
