Last I checked Canada is sending troops to their borders to slow down the trickle of immigrants from America to their country. Besides, if millions up millions of leftists riot and virtue signal then there simply won't be enough resource or infrastructure to arrest them all. They'll get away with it, they won't have to go anywhere.
