I think a test-launch in the direction of Guam is likely today, but for the US to flip out and sink all the nork subs involved seems like fucking overkill alone unless they confirmed that the missile(s) were fired directly at Guam and not just near it or in the water around it.

Maybe THAAD or missile-intercept actually being used would be the trigger to release the hounds. Sinking subs is very likely, in that scenario, but I don't know about all the Lancer/tomahawk missile barrage shit.
