Should America nationalize Google/Alphabet?
The internet is a basic need, like water and electricity. The biggest company on the internet is Google/Alphabet, which - along with the biggest search engine - owns G-Mail, YouTube, and the Chrome browser.
Cutting off someone's access to Google services is like cutting off someone's water supply. This is what happened to Jordan Peterson not too long ago. His access was eventually reinstated, only after outcry on social media.
