If you are discovered to be incompetent you will be fired or demoted to a position where you don't need to be competent to succeed. This is the way having a job works. No manager in the world who isn't himself in need of a sacking is going to sit there and watch you turn a four man job into an eight man one half the time and think "well he doesn't mean anything by it, let's keep him on."

So basically you're saying that the mediocrity of a white nationalist's labour is indistinguishable from the mediocrity of basically any other employee, other than that he is a white nationalist (which is why it follows that they're never fired until being "doxed").

You're arguing yourself into a hole here, first you say that white nationalists get fired because they act as saboteurs in a work environment, then you say that they aren't fired before being doxxed because everyone else is performing at the same level as them anyway. If all the other workers are lowering themselves to the same level of mediocrity just above what would be an adequately poor performance for termination, as you say, why wouldn't they be fired too? If the white nationalist is under-performing intentionally because he doesn't want to work with Pajeet, and Pajeet is under-performing intentionally because he thinks he can get away with it, why would the white nationalist be fired but Pajeet not be fired? The reality of the situation is the performance in their roles has absolutely nothing to do with it, which is why your logic is so fucked.

The reason, the sole reason that they are fired, is that their being doxxed opens the doors to boycotts and potentially scares investors, which immediately makes them undesirable as an employee, even if they were employee of the month every month since they entered their position. Do I think it's unfair? No, the workplace looks out for themselves, and the nationalist new the risk before going outside without a mask.

Dumbest thing I've ever heard. In your world, the other data that would subsume the nationalist's productivity is there because everyone is intentionally lazy to meet their minimum expectations. The "narrative" you speak of, is the line of thinking that "this man is meeting the same standards of almost every other coworker out of MALICE, therefore he should be fired for not being productive enough" yet they wouldn't fire every other employee who is performing the same out if their own intentional laziness? Highly educated people get paid enormous amounts of money to come up with programs and schemes to improve workplace productivity and shift the baseline of productivity upwards, we don't need or want a perpetually unemployed laffypole incel to do it for free.

Here's the reality: Either the white nationalist's productivity stands out as being exceptionally poor or it doesn't. If it is indistinguishable from almost everyone else because people are lazy as you so kindly pointed out then clearly the corporation should be incentivizing higher productivity to shift up the baseline, or perhaps get a better vertical deviation of productivity. If the white nationalist truly was acting as a saboteur he would continue to lag behind. the rest of his peers.

The fact that this doesn't happen and they aren't fired until being doxxed means one of two things: Either they perform perfectly adequately and are being fired for the specific reasons I outlined, or we go with your theory that only you in all your wisdom, living the Karl Marx lifestyle of budging off your friends and family while endlessly pontificating can come to the astonishing realization that all but the most exceptional of people will follow the path of least resistance in their endeavors.
