Basically described Russia in it's current state and at least for the past almost 30 years. As of 2017 you can add up to the list - absolutely degenerate kids, degenerate in a stupid way. You know how Russia used to have best programmesrs, for example(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACM_International_Collegiate_Programming_Contest)? Well, you won't see it no more after ~10 years. That's because schooling is changed, their parents are those who were raised either on the streets or by a western propaganda(as it came out to be) movies. I am not talking aboout 100% population, but the majority by a large margin.
So you better resort to nukes after all. Maybe, after the nuclear fallout wears out, by that time things in Russia will go in another, better way, I believe in it because we have had a good country in some shorts periods of time. With what we learned from the history, I hope this(next) time we will be able to keep it that way.

We could have a good country, we could have the best country, we have resources, we have smart people, geniuses, in all the fields - great engineers, doctors, strategists and most importantly we have talented teachers who could raise a proper generation. But as we all know talented people under a wrong rule lead to wrong outcomes, the teachers raise a generation of STUPID not because of their incompetence, NO, contrariwise - because they can raise ANYTHING, and current government wants zombies, army, a meat to send to the grinder. We have materials. You want oil? Gas? DIAMONDS?! We have it all, woods, metals... We could have a good country, BUT we DO NOT have it because somebody else has it, OUR land literally doesn't belong to us anymore.
