I do not associate "protectionist trade policy" with killing anyone, but please tell us, as we can tell you are dying to let us know - WHY do YOU form these mental associations, and where did you first draw these conclusions? Did you just read this question on FB or Twitter, and think you would lauded with a shower of roses simply for reposting it here? Or did teacher give you a gold star for using such big words in your gender studies class?
