The only reason for nk to nuke anybody is if they're backed into a corner first, and even then, for the aforementioned reason, this is an absolute last resort.

For America to nuke nk, it would require nk to first strike the west coast. China has claimed that they will not strike first. If nk has struck the us than they have most likely already struck both sk and Japan. We number them back as retaliation. No more nk, millions dead, us and perhaps us moves in to protect allies after strokes and stations military in whats left of nk. Un probs already dead or gone. Us will begin flushing money into sk and Japan in reconstruction and aid efforts worsening us economic situation and hastening if not starting next great depression .
