A self-destructive culture infatuated with glorifying and pursuing a nihilistic live hard die hard get paid lifestyle. This creates a tremendous amount of crime and removes positive male role models from children's lives. Which they then pic up role models as those thugs that are successful enough to wear the best bling, fuck the most whores and drive the best cars, repeating the cycle. This on top of a massive culture of denial, refusing to look inward at the problems of the ghettos and instead blame external influences. And the safety net of the welfare system further weakens any will to strive for real success, allowing people to live in absolute squalor and whores to pump out babies for money.

A successful black man rarely ever rises above the streets' destructive influence and remains in the ghettos. He leaves that horrid place to continue a better life elsewhere. These same men never think to help their community, for though blacks always talk about "family" and "community" they still fall out at the slightest opportunity.

Fix the black ghetto mindset and you'll fix their status as a race. Educate them, promote empathy and excellence instead of nihilism and excess.
