What >>137174272 said, and also unless the state/military itself is compromised (it won't be), then there's nothing that could be considered "civil war". Bread and circuses is too strong, and most people aren't far right or far left. Though, lots of people are radicalizing in recent years so I may be wrong on that end.
Either way, the most we'll get are bigger riots and lots more isolated instances of political violence.

Pretty much. It won't necessarily be such a worsening linear progression but yeah people are starting to realize there are things at stake here. Like the fact that racial groups can organize and democratically take from the disorganized, be it financially, socially, etc.
