As soon as North Korea tries to launch a missile in the direction of Guam. So mid-August. The Wapo North Korean reporter said next American/SK military exercises start Aug 21, same day as a big eclipse, so expect war on that day or a little earlier for surprise or a little later to get some practice in before actually destroying NK.
Remember, since NK's entire population is militarized, there will be no 'regime change and occupation followed by nation building'. We wipe all of them from existence, because otherwise they will continue to wage organized war on us until every last man and woman is dead anyway.
