I would always take this sort of thing with a pinch of salt, there's always hidden faults with these kind of things, like if you become ill, you're booted out the gate.

Having said that, I think company loyalty is something the West has lost with it's temporary contracts and people bouncing around from job to job. There is an incentive to work better if the company not only pays you right but treats you right.

You can't possibly be this naive when there are an equal number of documentaries about the hell faced at those factories. Long hours, low pay and living 8 people to a room the size of an average bedroom....

Now think of the millions of people they're relocating from a comfy hillside life of living off the land and in harmony with nature vs. absolutely destroying their environment with harmful chemicals and packing people into slave quarters with round the clock labor drills.

The reason why this is set to hit headwinds is factory automation and the environmental damage catching up with them. China is facing a yuge environmental crisis which is why they're aggressively attempting to assert land claims beyond the regions they royally fucked over. Trying to accelerate your economy to that that of a country that took 100 years+ to build there's in under 30 years has its consequences.

There's a reason why affluent chinese people flee the minute they get the opportunity...
