Is the mental illness which is homosexuality; given the millions of deaths it has caused of innocent, heterosexual people and the potential deaths caused by future disease they may spread, sufficiently dangerous to the very survival of mankind that psychiatric treatment should be mandatory, and lifelong prison sentences, perhaps even death penalties, imposed if said treatment is not impeccably obeyed?
