I think they have every right in the world to develop their own missiles and nuclear weapons.
America didn't do anything to them in 1950's, NKs attacked an artificial country made by American government and they defended it, even tried to take entire North in the process but China saved them.

But what America, NATO and Western countries did to Libya 6 years ago should never be forgotten. It should be pretty recent evidence for North Koreans and Iranians that appeasing West by cutting from your military spending never works.

The US is taking unjustified actions against NK in the form of sanctions. It's cut its exports by a third, if NK don't act the country will starve.
US deserves everything coming to it.

Do Americans really think they're going to nuke you? What do they win by doing it? In best case scenario they can kill entire Los Angeles or something, but so what? They get their country nuked to ashes in retaliation. North Korea and LA gone = Nothing has changed and nothing good happened to anyone.

They also can't attack South Korea because they'd still be bombed to ashes.

Maybe they just develop their missiles to defend themselves. And surely if the sanctions were removed their people's standard of living would skyrocket.
