You don't have to register your TV, that's done for you when you buy it
You can own knives and swords, but you can't take any blade longer than like 2 inches out in public, even in your car. Only exceptions are for transport and for workmen who need it. Also the police get to define what an "offensive weapon" is, and it can basically be anything used as a weapon. Dig someone with a pencil and you could get done for assault with an offensive weapon.

Is surveillance really a problem in public places?
I can understand people being against the government having surveillance in and around private property, but everyone can already see you anyway in a street or a train platform as the poster says, you're really not giving up any privacy.
