Most people on /pol/ know how this works: average nonwhite has lower iq and lower merit, grew up in stone age cultures, therefore most of them are nonproductive in the 21st century scientific/engineering sense. Very few are. So to have more of them in an office, they have to LOWER THE BAR for them. The same goes on in colleges.

If the supply is lower, the price (passing grade or individual productivity) has to be lowered too. If they want the same amount of different products, then the price has to be different, aka double standards in hiring.
