The vegan diet is superior, both from a health and ethical standpoint. We are growing in numbers, and in another couple centuries, we will most-likely prevail as the dominant diet once people wake the fuck up. Have fun with your increased risk of diseases and consuming pus-ridden and steroid-infused milk and meats.

Nutritional yeast is good for getting B12 too, or just drink B12 enriched soy milk. Soy milk now has the same protein and calcium and B12 as cows milk.

Sorry anon, but if you want to use regenerative agriculture to fix a lot of our environmental issues, you need to incorporate animals into your farm. If you want to shift to a more local agriculture system with minimal external inputs, you need to incorporate animals into your farm. Veganism only exists due to the disconnected from nature traits of urban centers. It also requires long supply chains.
