Are we all in agreement that if the norks send a nuke, you instantly stop giving a duck about innocent life? I mean I know 80% of the country i's under a dictatorship, and probablu don't deserve a nuke, but the remaining 20% piss me off enough. The next hiroshima is coming, and a lot of innocent lives will be lost. Do you care?

I hope they have the decency to Livestream the explosion. I wanna see what it looks like to be nuked without dying.
But I am guessing the EMP would knock out cameras and block signals before the blast reaches them anyways, and even then it would probably be too fast to see.
Oh well. The aftereffects should be interesting at any rate.

You're conflating the solution nuclear Holocaust poses with 'not caring' about innocent lives.
The psychological torment and residual indoctrination that displaced people will bring to their host countries is incompatible with any culture they would come into contact with, not to mention the refugee crisis in and of itself that China will likely ignore.
The best case scenario is to wipe out enough of them to not cause a substantial problem but not so much so that Seoul is plunged into nuclear winter.
