Not sure. Thing is, the reason there's a faux happening every year is because the US government decides to kick the can down the road every time, and now NK is unironically testing ICBMs. If they're gonna be stopped from becoming a nuclear power, it has to be now. Russia, SK, and Japan are all taking it seriously as well and backing the US. It's doubtful conditions will get any more favorable for wrecking Kim than now.

Hopefully this convinces China to get their puppet back under control.
