Otto Warmbier was highly suspected to be a US agent by Russian and Iranian agencies. He acquired information that proved North Korea has propagated their military effectiveness by at least a DECADE beyond what was initially believed under the Obama Administration.
Facts about Otto:

>Young Pioneer Tours, who organized the tour Otto took in NK, is a Chinese based company. (China literally moments ago announced they would defend North Korea if the US attacked first)
This is why there is legitimate fear among officials in Iraq and Russia. If North Korea goes nuclear and attacks the US, he will be forced to act accordingly. The consensus between the US' allies is probably up in the air, and they're probably actively plotting whether they should also attack while we are down or not.
WW3 is coming, and this "meme" will not be funny when people from Oklahoma or Nebraska have as much to fear as people in Guam.
