I think that, if American propaganda is true about North Korean propaganda, Un might be crazy enough to believe they could win. I think it's more likely that they're facing a similar problem that Japan faced prior to Pearl Harbor, and might act the same way for the same reason. But realistically, I don't think anything will happen.
