Mine was when I got into a friendly argument with a feminist who insisted white people are the only people who can be racists. I asked what it would be if we rounded up white people based on their race, put them in camps, and killed them. She didn't have an answer. Instead she said "that's being ridiculous" and tried to get really aggressive. I just asked her "would that be racist?" This time she said something like "no, because only white people have the institutions available to systematically oppress minorities." I couldn't believe it. It felt like I was talking to a mental patient. I asked "is there ANYTHING that could ever conceivably allow a race other than white people to be racist?" She said no. I realized, at that point, all those years ago that these people all were coming from a place of mental instability and bad intentions.

A couple more red pills occurred throughout time as well though when relative to that encounter I can't even remember. With women, I realized when I got in REALLY good shape and started making a good amount of money that 99.9% of women will let you do and say anything to them as long as you are good looking and successful. If you stumble over your words, do something stupid, or are just "off" at any given point, they'll actually come up with excuses for you! It's hard to explain, like they will feed you the script for how to sleep with them and proactively forgive you for not being at your best. The redpill here is that the two biggest priorities in life are then maximizing wealth and health because all else flows from these pursuits. Anything else is on the same level as video games, drinking, watching TV whatever: leisurely wastes of time.

In the early 2000's I was in the multicultural education system in the poor working class part of my city, I witnessed racial differences first hand and the idea of equality is laughable, my working class background also led to contempt for the sheltered white upper middle class university cucks

It was my Junior year of High School. I knew about 4chan because I frequently browsed /sp/ for it's college football threads, but I had a girlfriend who I'd known for my entire life. I really felt I could trust her and we really connected. I have always been leaning conservative being from Alabama, but then this Arab guy named Ahmad came to town and she soon turned over to him for whatever reason; I personally think it's because she thinks its edgy and rebelious to date a muslim while living in Alabama.

It gave me a giant redpill on the loyalty and mind games of women, and gave me a personal grudge against muslims and immigrants in general.

Sort of similar to you. I was liberal because fuck dubya and I thought social programs were great, but I always rolled my eyes at vegans, environmentalists, people in favor of affirmative action and, when I first saw it around 2010 or so, 'preferred pronouns'.

So I felt like I kind of fit in. Then I started realizing that almost every liberal arts class I had was pretty much "why America/western civilization/whites/males are evil, AND [whatever the fuck the course was actually supposed to be about]".

The final straw for me was when I was in a 19th century American literature class and our professor made us read the ~2010 sequel (read: fan fic) to Edgar Allen Poe's 'Arthur Gordon Pym' written by this octoroon who self inserts as an oppressed black man and spends 300 pages complaining about how white people are evil for no reason.

My whole family is super liberal, and they still think I exaggerate the insufferable bullshit I put up with in college. But once I had the veil lifted and saw my college education as the anti-everything I hold dear indoctrination that it was, i could never go back.

Since I could remember. I was born into crushing poverty near Seattle, moved from school to school, didn't learn anything in school and had to pretty much take care of myself from 13. My brother was killed in Iraq in 2005 and saw seattle fall into the liberal hell hole it is.

Psychology and science with an open mind naturally progressed me towards a right leaning side.

My dad was always right leaning and he was incredibly bad at arguments and mixed with crazy soap box preachers on the sides of streets; I always got the bad idea of what a conservative really was.

Atheism was very interesting/provocative in a nihilistic way, because it was about creating your own meaning and having an open mind.

I'm an artist and when the left started complaining about women being eternal victims it finally made it click when they wanted to change rhetoric by complaining. Especially when I had close friends mindlessly agreeing because they wanted to appear compassionate without evaluating what others are saying.

I had always understood the positive aspects of religion in art, music and society; but sooner or later the group-think started to drive me bonkers.

The truth is, I have a hard time differentiating the difference between being a good person and a being a good conservative. I find myself thinking in unhealthy ways expecting the worst out of people because they want to be compassionate instead of realistic as I was. I love other cultures and countries because they're so interesting/fun but conservativism tells me to only have pride/interest in my own history/origins.
