There are WAY more than two genders.
Many of you don't seem to understand the difference between GENDER and SEX. There are two sexes, sure. Male and female. But there are infinite genders.
A person's sex is determined biologically. If you have male body parts, you are biologically a male. If you have female body parts, you are biologically a female. This doesn't mean that a biological female or a biological male has to identify as this sex though.
Gender is something completely different. It's a complicated topic, but think of gender as the way that a person expresses their sexuality. It has nothing to do with a persons biological sex, it has much more to do with the social components of masculinity and femininity.

Sometimes a person's biological sex doesn't match up with their gender. For example, a person can have male parts, but identify as a female. This is why we get transgender people.
