I don't get Americans' fascination with "helping" Arabs who hate Israel. Arabs in the West Bank and Gaza are already among the wealthiest and best educated in the Arab world. They also live under one of the most liberal governments in the Arab world.
So why the help are they helping them? What about helping in Latin America instead? Countries such as Nicaragua or Guatemala are a lot poorer than "Palestinians".
