Has politics ruined any aspect of your life /pol/?

I honestly enjoyed my life way more as a normie before taking any redpills. Now I can't even walk out the door and enjoy the sunshine without viewing most things through a socio political or racial lens. Now I'm too afraid to speak honestly about my political opinions around my family, friends and co-workers out of fear of being shunned.

I try to leave behind the toxicity of politics, but at the same time it's so addictive.

Yeah. I was always somewhat interested in politics before, but now I've gotten obsessive over it. I never stop thinking about it and it seeps into every aspect of my life. It legit ruined a relationship for me because I was autistic and wouldn't quit mentioning "muh Jews"
