/pol/ is there a word for the degenerate culture of "gangs", e Ebonics speaking people, BLM supporters etc ? The type of person who claims racial oppression and acts violently without a logical cause like robbing a store to get money for Nike's, insulting words come to mind like nigger, coon, spic etc but I'm looking for a more formal term. In America this culture promotes violence against police, is very hostile, very selfish. I'm sure you understand the kind of people I'm describing.
