It's nothing new. Young people tend to grow up in rural and suburban areas. There aren't that many children in big cities, so that's why children tend to be more conservative.
It's really only once you move into the real world and start experiencing life in the city that you become a Hillary supporter, but if you've never done that you'll probably support Trump because it's the low-IQ/uneducated option.
