You forget that there are so many sanctions on North Korea, with so many US submarines and destroyers all with their guns aimed at them. At this point nuking America will become there only option forcing a war so a new (((banking))) system can be put in place. If everyone lifted there sanctions on NK and started improving relations you'd were that if Kim really is as oppressive as we've been told (I think he hates the west but he's probably smarter than the media will have you believe) then the NK government will collapse on itself just like every other Communist dictatorship
