He knows they are decedents of Abraham and yet he says if you were Abraham's children you would do the works of him but you do not, so therefore they aren't Jews

"I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you." in this passage God is saying that he will make the pretend Jews Bow down to the gentiles because Jews believe God loves them and no one else, They believe that there savior (the Anti Christ) who hasn't arrived yet will come down and unite the nations and bring peace via the sword, A one world government ruled by a man who claims himself God.
