Notice they have theoretical range to hit California, but they said Guam which is nearby. Guam is a reasonable target.

Anyway if they launch at basically a stationary aircraft carrier the shitty missile is going to get shot down.

You should be more concerned about Nipland and the ROK getting nuked and hit with biological and chemical weapons, or a war starting at all. USAF aircraft hitting random bunkers will accidentally pop reserves of WMDs and make the whole thing a clusterfuck that kills millions.
