Let's address the North Korean fear mongering
South Korea has automatic anti-missiles systems in place, has for some years.
US ships are on NK's doorstep
As for any fears of NK attacking Guam, Guam itself is referred to as the US's unsinkable aircraft carrier, it's an island base and I'm sure could thwart NK alone.
They're using bottle rockets, North Korean technology's so dated it'd be shot down instantly before even coming close to South Korea, Guam, Hawaii or the mainland US.
The US has systems in place to attack major targets in Pyongyang like where government officials are, military targets etc. They'd be blitzkrieged so fast, tanks would drive right to the capital after and the war would be over before it began. North Korea would be beheaded instantly and with no leadership would fall.

This is of course assuming they don't know the US's weakness, the "Chink in a hole" tactic.
