Why is 18-21 the age of majority when the brain only stops

Myth, at 25 most people are too arrogant to continue learning.

Also, "don't screw my teenage daughter" is why it's 18. They'd send 16 year olds to war if they could.

Back in the Vietnam era, the government needed young people to sign up for the draft.

But there was a huge bitchfit about kids being sent to war when they didn't even have the right to vote, so the voting age was lowered to 18.

Certain things like alcohol are limited to 21, because back when it was 18, high school seniors were buying alcohol for all their young friends.
