maybe a hiring website like Linkedin for pro-diverse people. they all want jobs and more money so heres a place where the snowflake detail can be noticed and appreciated. have a bunch of other social options.

Yeah sounds good. Be sure to have patience and wait at least a year for everyone to enlist.
But then you've got a lot of snowflakes on a list, what then? Report to online police? Get them fired? Just stalk them online?

the more they are told they are special or deserve special treatment or jobs over others the more the idea cements in their head and the more they fail at life the greater chance of a double down. once the tech field refuses to hire anyone like them these people can flee to the woods to be eaten by wildlife.
