Fair, but the narc stigma is real for these kinds of places. It's why I probably got pushed out of the hotel job I used to work at. I wasn't the best person there by any means, but I did my work and took careful note of things and what visitors needed and wanted as well as making sure the lobby was clean, etc. My coworker kept leaving to take 20 minute smoke breaks about twice an hour even at peek check in times and I mentioned it to the manager who I learned maybe a bit too late was friends with her.
I then saw my hours reduced more and more as the weeks went on because I was "the new guy". I eventually quit and took the job at Publix and an off-on night shift security guard job at the apartment complex I live in so I get a small rent break now as well as another paycheck.

I work as a "digital designer". I make ads for websites. We are ranked based off of our work output. Since I've been there, 18 months now, I've always been in the top 5 of work output out of a current 65. Naturally, working in an art field, most of my coworkers are female.

Like many of the stories here have mentioned, I too have dealt with the insanity of women at work. They have become bullies, they are lazy, and they talk too goddam much.

The main problem is that they are bereft of reason. When a rational man whom seeks to improve efficiency at work solves a problem in a new way, they lose their fucking minds. They shriek incoherently about any little change. They complain and dodge their duties. What's worse is that they get away with being general pieces of shit because they are women.

For example, I work in a high end restaurant. I wanted to move some plates I needed on the line into a position to increase my efficiency, but do you think the pantry cunt would let me? NO.
