China would never declare war on the USA. China has a no first use policy on nuclear weapons, the USA does not. That being said, the US would probably not use nukes anyway because that would be and extraordinarily unpopular move. So then China gets destroyed by pic related.

It will stay regional, China has nothing to gain from supporting Kim and will have a major disadvantage against the US since all their neighbors hate them and would be more then happy to join in an alliance against the chinks for some clay.
