Migrationshintergrund can also mean one of the parents has to have come from a different country and we have massive amounts of Germans from the former Soviet union as well as other Euros coming in. Still not great, but it's not over yet. That said, I do predict mass deportations and/or civil violence in Europe in the coming years.
