How can anyone claim that this is not a human being

Why do pro-choice people always apply an arbitrary point during pregnancy that this "thing" stops being a thing and starts being a human being, when surely the zygote is a full human the moment the egg is fertilised by the sperm.

When you look at this, you should see a human in it's earliest phase of development, the same way if you look at a small child and someone who's 100 years old, you still see that both of them are human beings.

It doesn't matter whether the human in zygote form is visually indistinguishable from an elephant zygote, because they are still genetically different.

So /pol/, do you think this is a human being or not?
