Australia and Canada accept rapefugees so in extention to that China does.

Refugees will not improve the economy in china, all it will do is decrease social cohesion where ever they are transplanted, plus the chinks already know what it's like to deal with mudslimes. Frankly they are smart for not taking that societal poison.
