That's just basic company nature, and was what happened to my former job there aswell. People were not allowed to do their job, so they left for places where they could in peace and then in remarkably fast pace they took away the customers of the company which infact had more or less total control over the segment they made applications for, and this was a giant within that field since the fucking 80ies.

Either deliver or be gone, and this is where it is possible to shine and set things straight again. Nature will simply do it's course. Just years prior to the company got bought, I would never believed that the competitors would be able to snatch the customer so fast, but it's how it goes, they could nolonger fucking deliver because women sat there and was more worried about how people dressed at work, the furniture in the office, who made lunch when and if people remember to brush of their fucking shoes when they came back inside after a fucking smoke

I had to learn my lesson the hardway, I must admit I didn't think of it first, but I am never working with women again, simple as that
