Sounds like 8hrs x 5 days with 1hour of total breaks unpaid per day.

Some shift work runs 7 days of 12 hours with 7 days off. 84hrs a week when working. Then you might get OT on one or more of your 7 day offs.
Other jobs might be set at 8hrs x 5 days and bump that up without warning to 10/12hr days for a week running 10/20hrs of OT making a 50/60hr week that pays like a 60/80hr week.

The most economical for a business that's doing 'fly in fly out' is the 12hr x 14 day, with 14 days off and nearly no OT, or only full shift OT.
