This is what happens when fuckwit Gen-Y's have children without ever growing up themselves. Their only moral imperative is that the child gets to raise itself and the parent is only there to be a friend to back them up in their own decisions. These parents don't make decisions for their kids, because they never got past the part of maturity where you realize that early in life, you DO need a guiding hand to teach you about life. These aren't guiding hands, these are children with children.

They're directly responsible for it, especially the Boomers, but they're not nearly that bad. Back in the 60's, something changed in society that led to children being seen as the ultimate power, the most important person in the household. Children began to control everything, and now they have "grown up" into adults who let their children do the same. You see it everywhere. Look at TV. Instead of wholesome shows where the kid fucks up, adult helps, and then teaches the kid a lesson, we have the bumbling adults fuck up then the witty, condescending child sweeps in and saves the day. Even if the parents don't agree that their child is transgender, this cultural phenomenon makes them think in return, "well fuck, what does this old windbag know about life? It's fucking 2017."
